I strongly recommend this book.  I read it for a book study group at All Saints in Lakeville.

Fr. Martin talks about his trip to the Holy Land and in the process discusses the Gospel stories that take place at the locations that he visits.  He discusses them from various perspectives, quoting many learned sources.

As the flyleaf says:

Martin provides personal stories from his own life, the most up-to-date biblical scholarship, as well as powerful anecdotes from beloved spiritual teachers, and brings the reader along on his own real-life travels through the Holy Land.
